  3. Retired Exams: The guarantee does not apply to exams that have been retired.
  4. Candidate and Account Information: Refunds are not valid if the candidate’s name differs from the account holder’s name.
  5. Email Consistency: Refunds are not applicable if the candidate's email differs from the one used with the payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  6. Proof of Purchase and Exam Results: To claim a refund, send your ALL ITprep invoice number along with a failed exam result PDF or screenshot to info@allitprep.com within 7 days of receiving the result.
  7. Incorrect Product Purchases: Claims cannot be processed for incorrect products once downloaded and installed.
  8. Expired Orders: Orders are eligible for a refund only within 90 days of purchase.
  9. Refunds are not applicable for Unlimited Access packages.
  10. Refunds are not valid for Training Courses. 

For all cases listed above or any others related to the refund policy,ALL ITprep reserves the right for final interpretation.

In What Situations Can I Claim a Refund?

At Original Dumps, we stand by the quality of our products with a full refund policy. If you fail the corresponding SAP Certification exam within 60 days after purchasing our product, you are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of submitting your claim. However, to protect this Money Back Guarantee for our loyal customers and to avoid misuse, please note the following conditions under which the guarantee is not applicable: Exam Taken Within 24 Hours of Purchase
  • Refunds will not be provided if the exam is taken within 24 hours of purchasing our product.
Corresponding Exam Guarantee Only
  • Refunds are applicable only if the product purchased corresponds to the exam you fail.
No Exam Attendance
  • If you have downloaded and practiced the product but did not attend the exam, refund claims will not be entertained.
Minimum Practice Requirements
  • To claim a refund, you must have scored 100% six times on the full practice exam available on our platform (www.originaldumps.com) and your access must have been active on the date of your exam. This ensures you had ample practice before taking the SAP Certification exam.
Expired Orders
  • Refunds are not applicable for orders that have exceeded the validity period
    • Name Mismatch
    • The candidate's name on the exam must match the name registered with us and the payer's name. Refunds will not be processed if these names differ
    Exam Version Changes
    • We are not responsible for changes in the exam version by SAP SE Germany, as this is beyond our control

    Alternative Option: Free Exchange
